By downloading, installing, or using DraftCast ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
Description of Service
DraftCast is an iOS application that provides hour-by-hour weather forecasts along cycling and running routes. The App uses Apple WeatherKit for weather data and optionally integrates with Strava for route imports.
Subscriptions
DraftCast offers auto-renewable subscriptions to access premium features. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
Weather Data Disclaimer
Weather forecasts provided by DraftCast are sourced from Apple WeatherKit and are provided "as is." We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any weather data. Weather conditions can change rapidly and forecasts may not reflect actual conditions. Always use your own judgment when making decisions based on weather information.
User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for your own safety while cycling or running
- Do not rely solely on DraftCast for safety-critical weather decisions
- You must comply with Strava's terms of service if using the Strava integration
- You must not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DraftCast and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
